Do you stock spare parts? If I bring in a blind or a part, will I be able to walk out of your store with it repaired or with a replacement part?

Not usually. All the products we sell are custom ordered, so spare parts are limited. Usually parts need to be ordered in from the manufacturer and can take a few days. It is always best to call before arriving and we can advise on the best course of action.
